What is the course like?
Logistically, the course includes:

Twelve (45-minute 1:1) coaching sessions with me via zoom, with the option to record. I recommend scheduling at least 3 sessions with me a month, so you would complete the course in 3-4 months, depending on your pace.

Video lessons for you to watch and digest on your own time in between sessions. 15 minutes, to the point, highly impactful information.

Access to me via Marco Polo between sessions. Sometimes people need a quick hit of support between scheduled sessions. This will provide it. I've got you.
I'll describe the results you'll get by using the analogy of a ship. If your life is a ship, the first 6 sessions we will focus on Captain Skills. I will teach you specific skills you can start using today to take control of your vessel. Choppy waters? You'll learn how to navigate them. Other passengers onboard frantic? I'll teach you how to be a calm, focused leader through it all ( which, hint hint, might actually calm them too). Boat shiny and beautiful on the outside, but feels chaotic and overwhelming on the inside? I'll teach you the exact skills you need to manage (and reduce!) the chaos and overwhelm so you can confidently be the captain of your ship, no matter the temperament of the staff, or passengers, or waters.
Then the 2nd 6 sessions, we'll focus on navigating your ship. Though our work together, you will get crystal clear on where you want to go next. You will see your dream destination (or destinationS!) for life, and together we'll create maps to get there. You'll learn how to point your ship in the next direction you want to go, gain momentum to get there, and also learn the skills to course-correct along the way.

Realistically, it takes 1-2 years of coaching and self-development work to fully integrate the learnings into your life. Having a coach is the fastest and easiest way to start creating this lasting change. I'll be with you to jumpstart the shifts, and I'll stay with you to make sure they fully integrate into your daily life.
